One of SF's finest and most revered small live music venues. Great bar and staff, sound is excellent, and notably they have an excellent ADA section that provides great up close views. Also located in a great area with lots of restaurants and other things to do plus it's very close to Golden Gate Park.
This was a super intimate venue. You can see in the photo how close you can actually get to the stage and the artist. I came to see a group on their first world tour from Denmark who didn't disappoint, but the opener was terrible. Stayed and had a blast! Loved the raised seating area. I'm extremely short and I you can see in the video I had a clear view all night. Even some room to dance. I would highly recommend even for someone who can get anxious in crowds. Bar had many non-alcoholic options. I got an Italian soda.
